(i) In order to use the facility, software databases, tech support that is available to this site you must first register and become a member.
(ii) To register as talent (Actor, Model, Extra) you must be either, a fee paying yearly subscriber or registered through and agency. It is understood at all times, both before and after an agent agrees with the terms, it is to the discretion of Castings Worldwide whether they do business with that agent or not. Castings Worldwide may change/revise/alter the terms of any agreement made with an agent at any time.
(iii) Castings Worldwide reserves the right to Review and change it’s price structure at any time, while not interfering with any contractual agreement, where the terms were not broken within the period stated by the client(s). The registration of the individual on this site is non-transferable.
All the Conditions herein are bound and subject to the laws of Ireland, which therefore govern the interpretation and application of permissions, terms, licenses and conditions of use of this site. This being so the Irish Judiciary (Courts) shall be granted to power to oversee any claims and disputes that arise from the use of this site. Castings Worldwide is not responsible for any dispute between 3rd parties availing of the site, except in the creation of the Terms and Conditions themselves. Failure to comply with Terms and conditions associated with this site may result is an action against you/your company.
The following points cover the rules of conduct and code of Ethics of the site. By agreeing to the Term’s you agree not to do the following.
Membership of talent to Castings Worldwide online service comes with a one off fee that represents the choice of said Talent. i.e. Model Actor or Extra or any combinations or Multiples of each. Memberships may be upgraded at any time of the year. The subscription fees are based on a yearly basis. There will be no increase in yearly charges without prior knowledge and agreement of the person involved. All other charges including the test service to mobile phones are separate to this agreement and Castings Worldwide does not except any responsibility for such a service being interrupted. By agreeing to the Conditions you accept this to be the case. You agree that Castings Worldwide are not responsible for a delay in payment through your banking service and you accept you are responsible for the payment from your banking service.
Castings Worldwide reserves the right to terminate any account on the basis that any of your actions are deemed as abusive towards the staff or other Professional Talent on the Website. We reserve the right to file a suit against you if your actions are deemed as those with which could damage the reputation of the site. Please report any abusive conduct on the site to the below address. We treat all reports based on their facts and individually.
